User Acquisition/Performance Marketing Manager

MarcoPolo is a rapidly growing online kids educational media company and it is looking to expand its amazing team! We design award-winning products that enrich millions of kids’ learning experiences worldwide. We're a close-knit, collaborative group that obsesses about visual design, UXD, Animation and creating original content for kids.

Reporting directly to the CMO the UA/Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for creating and driving our user acquisition base for MarcoPolo Learning. Experience in a similar role targeting our age range is a must within this role as you will be tasked with building and scaling our performance marketing strategy.

A passion for kids’ interactive media is a must in this role with MarcoPolo being at the forefront of kids Interactive media targeting the 3-7 year age group.

Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Lead will be responsible for leading the global user acquisition strategy across the MarcoPolo portfolio.
  • Build, optimize and scale performance marketing campaigns.
  • Efficiently manage the budget, spends and bids whilst optimising targeting, creative and messaging.
  • Build reports and analytical models to identify campaign optimization and improve ROAS.
  • Account management of Facebook, Google, Mobile Networks etc.
  • Manage relationships with 3rd party analytics and attribution partners and communication of new technologies/updates to key stakeholders.
  • Working with CRM Manager define the spec, integrate and manage the cross promotional tool.
  • Create and distribute regular performance marketing reports to key stakeholders.
  • Communicate best practices across the business and ensure that MarcoPolo is compliant with all legislation across COPPA, GPDR etc as well as well as any third partner vendors.

Due to high volumes of applications MarcoPolo Learning cannot commit to feeding back to all applications and this is a full-time role, based in New York.
