Today, MarcoPolo Learning is launching an enhancement to Playlists—the ability to share with your colleagues!

Share with Colleagues

Now, educators can create and share playlists with other educators across their organization or district—simplifying lesson planning and content sharing! Whether you’re collaborating on a team or simply want to pass along some amazing resources, this new feature will streamline everything and make sure great content gets into every classroom.

How Does it Work?

To create and share a playlist with a colleague, click "Create Playlist" 

We’re thrilled to announce that starting September 17, 2024, our Data Insights tools in MarcoPolo for Educators will go under construction as we roll out a major upgrade! 🎉 Our team has been hard at work building Data Insights v2—a powerful, improved version of the reporting tool you already know and love.

We know how important data is to understand how students and teachers are using MarcoPolo, which content is making the biggest impact, and how engaged learners are both in the classroom and at home. You've asked for more data, and we’ve listened!

What’s New?

Data Insights v2 will feature enhanced versions of your favorite reports and introduce brand-new ones to take your insights to the next level! Here's a sneak peek of what’s coming:

• Usage Leaderboard: Quickly see the most active classrooms and individual users for the previous 14 days.
• Top Content: Discover the most impactful content for students.
• Playlist Engagement & Usage: Analyze how playlists are used and which ones are keeping students hooked.
• Skills, Vocabulary, and Themes Exposure: Dive deeper into the specific learning areas that students are practicing in the MarcoPolo for Families app.

We can’t wait to share these new reports with you! Our first updates—Playlist Engagement and Playlist Usage—will go live in early November and will be paired with exciting enhancements to our popular playlist feature.

How This Affects You

We understand the importance of keeping your workflows smooth and efficient, so we’re working as quickly as possible to minimize any disruptions during this transition. While Data Insights is under construction, your Partner Success Manager can provide the data you need, whether as a CSV, XLS, or some other format.
